How long does it take to process my order?

Once ordered, we will confirm availability and contact all customers as soon as their orders are ready. Customers must wait for this email confirmation before picking up their orders. Once notified, customers may pick up their orders any time during our normal store hours. If home delivery is chosen, customers will be notified when their delivery is scheduled.


What can I buy online?

We are currently offering an array of dog and cat foods, including kibble, cans, treats, freeze-dried and frozen. We also have flea and tick products. We are working on adding more products to our list of items available for In-Store Pickup and delivery. If you don't see what you want or need, no worries, just contact us and we’ll order it for you!

What are my delivery options?

The Dog Zone is offering free in-store pickup for all orders! Delivery is also available within 5 miles of our Monrovia store. We are not currently able to ship online orders.


In-Store Pickup

What days do you offer In-Store Pickup?

The Dog Zone is open 7 days a week, 7am - 5pm and in-store pickup is available during all normal business hours. 

 *These hours are subject to change. Holidays may affect store and pickup hours.


How much does In-Store Pickup cost?

Our In-Store Pickup service is FREE. Customers simply pay for their items online, with no additional fees applied.

Where is Home Delivery offered?

Home Delivery is available to residential street addresses within 5 miles of store.


How much does  Home Delivery cost?

Home Delivery is FREE for all purchases over $75.00. All other orders are charged a $5.00 delivery fee.


Is there a minimum purchase requirement?

No, but all orders less than $75.00 will be charged a $5.00 delivery fee.


What days do you deliver?

Home Delivery is available 7 days a week, excluding major holidays (New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas).


What are your delivery hours?

Orders are normally delivered from 10 AM to 4 PM.*

*Rarely, situations out of our control, such as inclement weather or traffic delays, may affect delivery times. We will keep all delivery customers updated if this occurs.


Do I have to be home?

No. We will always knock or ring the bell when arriving with your order. If no one is home, we will neatly place all items near the front door, unless you have provided special instructions during checkout.


Do you deliver frozen raw food or treats?

No. Frozen product is not currently eligible for delivery.
